Meet the Team

Founder & CEO

Achshah R M

Pursuing Bachelor of Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence at IU International University, Germany and a post-doctorate degree from Eudoxia Research University in the United States. Achshah is a renowned data scientist and researcher with a passion for bridging the gap between academia and industry. Achshah has published 11 journal articles, authored a book, and holds a patent in the field of AI.

Co-Founder & Director

Dr. T. Ruban Deva Prakash

A distinguished academician and technical consultant with 24+ years of experience, is the Principal at JKKN College of Engineering and Technology. With expertise in Electrical Engineering, AI, and Power Systems, he holds a Ph.D. in Power Quality. With 100+ research papers, 1 book and a patent, he is pursuing a PDF program under the IIP in Eudoxia Research University, USA.

General Manager

Dr. J. L. Mahiba Robin

She is a physiotherapist by profession, with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Dr. MGR Medical University and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy with a major in Cardio-respiratory from Annamalai University.In addition to her professional background in healthcare, she is also an entrepreneur and director of Achshah Fashions Pvt. Ltd. She is known for her compassion and her ability to connect with others.

Chief Technology Officer

Robin Samuel R M

He is highly skilled in web development and design, as well as in other areas such as photoshop, video planning and editing, and networking and computer hardware.

As CTO, Robin is responsible for managing the creative design works of the company. He is responsible for the technical direction of the company and ensuring that the company's products and services are of the highest quality.

Dr. S. Usha Kiruthika

She has over 8 years of experience in teaching in various reputed institutions.She has received Innovative Research and Dedicated Teaching Professional Award awarded by The Society of Innovative Educationalist and Scientific Research Professional. She has published many research papers in international journals and conferences and has published 3 patents. She is a co-PI for a project in collaboration with University of Malaya.

Technical Advisor Smart Grid

Dr. H. Vennila

She has teaching experience for 20 years and research experience for 8 years. She has published 3 Books / Book Chapters, 3 Patents and 23 research papers in Web of Science / Scopus Indexed Journals and 4 papers in UGC CARE listed, refereed and reviewed journals. She has visited Nilin connection with technological collaboration. She has guided 4 Ph.D scholars and she is now guiding 2 Ph.D scholars.

Technical Advisor Artificial Intelligence

Dr. S. Kanaga Suba Raja

He has about 17 years of teaching and research experience. He has successfully guided many graduate and under-graduate students for their research projects. Under his guidance four scholars successfully completed their Ph.D degree and he is presently guiding 11 PhD scholars under Anna University, Chennai. Kanaga Subs Raja's expertise and dedication make him an invaluable mentor and contributor to the field of research and academia.

Technical Advisor Industry 4.0

Dr. R. Rajesh

He has 23 years of teaching experience. He has published over 100 papers in refereed International Journals and presented more than 65 papers in International and National conferences in India and abroad.He is a reviewer for international journals and publishing houses. As a research supervisor, He has successfully guided 8 PhD scholars. He is also the Principal Investigator for several research projects under ICSSR & MHRD.
